Measurements and fit notes are listed in the Details section on every product page. Measure where you plan to wear the piece, then compare it with the listed dimensions before ordering.
Many styles feature adjustable closures or chains. Fit varies by design, so please check the individual product page for its adjustment range.
Materials and finishes vary by style. Each product page lists its specific materials, dimensions and care notes. Need a detail before ordering? Contact us at support@yoslay.com.
Keep your pieces away from water, fragrance, lotion and sweat. Store them in a cool, dry place when not in use. For material-specific care, always check the product details.
Shipping & Delivery

We ship to almost every country. Available delivery options and rates are shown at checkout for your destination.
Standard shipping is free on orders over $39 USD. Orders below $39 USD have a $6.99 standard shipping fee.
View shipping policyOrders are usually processed within 1 business day. Standard shipping typically takes 7-20 business days, while express shipping typically takes 6-8 business days.
Once your order ships, we will email your tracking details. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking updates to appear.
If your package has not arrived within 60 days of shipment, contact support@yoslay.com. We will arrange a reshipment or a full refund.
Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review it and help resolve it.
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item following our return process, then place a new order for the style or size you want.
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
