These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.yoslay.com, your customer account, and any purchase made through our online store.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies incorporated into them by reference.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the website or place an order.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you.

Section 1 — Eligibility and Online Store Use

By using this website, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your place of residence or that you are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our website or products for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

Products may be available only online, may have limited quantities, and may be discontinued without notice.

We may limit the sale or quantity of products where reasonably necessary, including for suspected resale, fraud prevention, legal compliance, shipping restrictions, or inventory limitations.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights regarding defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods.

Product prices and available currencies may vary by market and may change before an order is placed.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed during checkout when the order is submitted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and other charges collected by us will be displayed during checkout.

Import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or local taxes not collected during checkout may be payable by the recipient, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

We may correct obvious pricing, calculation, or technical errors.

If such an error affects an order already submitted, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include confirming the corrected price or canceling and refunding the affected order.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted for processing or fulfillment.

Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments or other third-party payment providers. Your use of a payment method may also be subject to the provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

We may take reasonable steps to verify an order or payment before fulfillment.

An order may be delayed, placed on hold, or canceled if verification cannot be completed.

Payment authorization does not by itself constitute final acceptance of an order.

Section 6 — Order Cancellations

Eligible cancellation requests may be submitted through our Returns and Cancellations portal.

Cancellation availability and deadlines are determined by the cancellation rules displayed for the applicable order.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that an order can be canceled.

Once an order or item has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to a shipping provider, cancellation may no longer be possible, even if tracking information has not yet been issued or updated.

If cancellation is unavailable, you may request a return after delivery if the item qualifies under our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Section 7 — Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, charges, estimated processing times, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Delays may occur because of customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, incorrect address information, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking information may take additional time to become active after a shipment is transferred to a logistics or shipping provider.

Risk of loss and legal title will transfer as required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms changes any mandatory responsibility we may have for goods until they are delivered to you.

Section 8 — Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our standard voluntary return window is 14 days after you receive the applicable item.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, incorrect items, and non-returnable products are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests may be submitted through our Returns and Cancellations portal or by contacting support@yoslay.com.

Do not send merchandise to any address before receiving return authorization and instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

To qualify for a voluntary return, an item must satisfy the eligibility requirements stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Items showing signs of wear, use, odor, scratches, damage, alteration, missing parts, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item may be refused or may receive a reduced refund, subject to applicable law.

These requirements do not limit remedies available for defective, unsafe, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods under applicable law.

Section 9 — Customer Accounts

You may create or access your customer account.

You are responsible for maintaining control over access to your email address and customer account.

You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect customers, comply with the law, prevent misuse, or maintain the security of the Services.

Suspension or closure of an account does not remove any mandatory rights relating to an existing order.

Section 10 — Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, gifts, and special offers may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, usage limits, or market restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to completed purchases.

We may correct or withdraw a promotion affected by an obvious error, fraud, misuse, unauthorized distribution, or technical malfunction, subject to applicable law.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe the rights of another person.

You grant TCM LABS LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting YOSLAY, unless otherwise agreed or prohibited by law.

We may moderate or remove submissions that are unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, contain unnecessary personal information, or are unrelated to the relevant product or service.

You must not submit content that:

• Contains unlawful, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, or obscene material
• Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store.

Shopify may use information from customer interactions with YOSLAY, Shopify, and other Shopify merchants to provide enhanced services, including personalization, analytics, fraud prevention, service improvement, and advertising-related features where permitted.

Information about customer activity may be shared with Shopify and relevant service providers, including recipients located in other countries, to provide these services.

Other Shopify merchants cannot directly access YOSLAY’s customer data through Shopify Network Intelligence.

Depending on where you live, you may exercise applicable privacy opt-out rights through Your Privacy Choices.

Section 17 — Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, legal compliance, technical, or operational reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCM LABS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:
